As a Well Pump Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing well pumps and related equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients have a reliable supply of clean water.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in pump installation is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Well Pump Installer or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain submersible pumps, jet pumps, and pressure tanks.
  • Connect pumps to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring and grounding.
  • Test and troubleshoot pump systems to ensure proper operation.
  • Inspect and maintain well casings, pipes, and other components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pump systems.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
  • Complete required documentation, including installation logs and job reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly
