As a Well Driller Helper, you will assist the Well Driller in the construction, maintenance, and repair of water wells. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience in the drilling industry. You will work under the supervision of experienced drillers and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in construction, drilling, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
