Welcome to our Family Business! We are one of the top producing Well Drilling Companies in North Idaho! We are looking to continue growing our team. As a Well Driller you will be running your own drill rig to complete water wells from start to finish in the great North Idaho!

Requirements

Idaho Drillers License
Class A Cdl (Can be Obtained through Interstate Drilling)
Knowledge to efficiently run an Air Rotary Drill Rig
Know how to Weld pipe efficiently
Good work ethic/attitude
Working 40+ hours per week

Bonuses

As a licensed Well Driller working for us you will Obtain a set hourly wage(Depending on Experience), as well as a set footage rate (Depending on Experience).

Responsibilities

Being a Well Driller comes with Responsibilities, you will be responsible for:

Maitainance on Drill Rig
Moving rigs to new locations
Working with Drill Hands
Working consistently

Requirements

Must be Motivated
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
Cdl not required but is a bonus
Work 40+ hours a week

Bonuses

As a Well Driller Assistant there will not be any bonuses, once your are trained to be a Licensed Idaho Well Driller there will be bonuses added at that time.
